2025년 6월 19일, KOEM 해양환경공단 해양환경조사연구원에서 해양수산부 '2025년 국가해양생태계종합조사' 사업과 관련하여,

해양생태계 환경 변화 및 과학잠수 현황 파악을 위한 초청 강의 및 자문회의를 개최하였습니다.

본 행사에 우리 협회 명정구 수석고문님께서 관련 기관 및 소속 연구원 분들을 대상으로 " 우리바다 환경, 자원 변화와 과학잠수사의 역할" 을

주제로 강연을 하셨습니다. 이후 이어지는 회의 자리에서는 과학잠수 교육과 제도에 대한 필요성, 향후 계획 등 여러 의제에 대해서 논의하였습니다.

On June 19, 2025, the Marine Environment Research Institute under the Korea Marine Environment Management Corporation (KOEM) held a lecture and advisory meeting on the changes in the marine ecosystem environment and the status of scientific diving.

At this event, Dr. Jeong-gu Myeong of UEC gave a lecture to affiliated researchers on the topic of "Our ocean environment, resource changes, and the role of scientific diving." In the following meeting, various agenda items were discussed, such as the necessity of scientific diving education and systems, and future plans.
