우리나라에서 가장 대표적인 수중과학 커뮤니티 조직인 사단법인 한국수중과학회(KOSUST, 회장 장필순)와 2026년 2월 21일 과학잠수 교육 협력 시스템을 체결하였습니다.

KOSUST는 국제기구 세계수중연맹 'CMAS' 과학위원회(CSC)에 정식 인가 단체로서, 국제 과학잠수 자격 발급 및 공동 프로젝트 교류 활성화에 앞장서고 있습니다.

현재 UEC와 KOSUST는 국내 과학잠수를 국제 수준으로 발전시키기 위하여 최선의 노력을 다하고 있습니다.

On February 21, 2026, the Korean Society of Underwater Sciences & Technology (KOSUST, President Jang Pil-soon), the most representative underwater science community organization in Korea, signed a cooperative agreement for scientific diving education.

KOSUST is an officially accredited organization by the CMAS Scientific Committee (CSC) of the World Underwater Federation (CMAS), an international organization. We are leading the way in issuing international scientific diving qualifications and promoting joint project exchanges.

Currently, UEC and KOSUST are committed to advancing domestic scientific diving to an international level.
